Materials: Wool and Mohair blend weft, cotton warp.

Dyed with: Cochineal (Reds) Pericon- greens( overdyed with indigo) Orange (Tree moss) Black (huizache) Blue ( indigo)

Size:  Approximately 2 feet x 3 feet

The yarns in these rugs are naturally dyed by Demetrio Bautista Lazo and his son Victor Bautista at La Cupula in Teotitlan del Valle in Oaxaca, Mexico.  The rugs are woven by trained weavers, including Demetrio and Victor, on two pedal standing looms.  To read more about their work, please visit their website.
