3.18.20 Felted Bunnies with Mia Waisman

Spring into Easter with this fun project! In this workshop you will learn the craft of needle felting and create your own adorable bunny to take home. Mia will introduce you to the tools and techniques used to turn sheep’s wool into felted works of 3-dimensional art. The bunny will be perfect for an Easter egg, Easter basket, home decoration, or sweet gift.
Cost is $45 and includes wool roving to make one bunny plus use of a shop foam pad and felting needle.
About the Instructor:
Mia, a fiber artist, has been needle-felting children’s toys, Montessori and Waldorf inspired educational materials, ornaments, and decorations for more than eight years. She taught various craft classes to children at the Peekaboo Children’s Center, an eco-friendly indoor playground, formerly located in Westbrook.
