Kim Hamlin is a fiber artist, designer and dancer living in Western Maine. Kim co-owns Fiber & Vine, a spacious and creative fiber shop that also specializes in wine. Located smack dab in the middle of Historic Downtown Norway, Maine, Fiber & Vine is place to learn, shop, try new wines and be inspired. Kim teaches felting, knitting, crochet and other crafts to people of all ages. She has contributed knitting patterns to several publications, including her own book Posh Pooches: 12 Knitting patterns for the well dressed dog. Her first published felting project can be found in the issue one of Making Magazine, by Carrie Bostick Hodge. Kim regularly knits, crochets, spins, sews, quilts, needle felts, weaves, gardens, dances, thinks and dreams and tries to do at least three of these on a daily basis.
