This class is for beginning weavers who want to learn how to weave on a 4-harness floor or table loom. No previous weaving experience is necessary, but rigid heddle weavers and those looking to refresh their skills are welcome. You will learn the parts of a loom, how to read a draft, calculate yarn needed for warp, and how to thread a loom. In this class, you will have time to create a scarf, table runner, place mats, or hand towels. A variety of weaving yarns are available at the shop or you may choose to bring your own.
This is a four-session class and students will be encouraged to work on their projects outside of class time as well. Mark your calendar for the following dates and times:

Cost is $265 and includes 4 weeks of loom rental ($15/week). If you own a portable 4-Harness loom and would like to use that, cost is $205.
